CJP Members Released After 24-Hour Preventive Arrest in Delhi

Three members of the CJP, Abhijeet Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka, and Saurav Das, were released by a Delhi executive magistrate after 24 hours of preventive detention. They furnished surety bonds of Rs 50,000 each and provided an undertaking to maintain peace and good behaviour for one year. The CJP members were detained by Delhi Police at IGI Airport upon arriving from Mumbai to protest the Chief Election Commissioner, a protest for which permission had been denied.

CJP के तीन सदस्य, अभिजीत दिपके, आशुतोष रांका और सौरभ दास, दिल्ली के एक कार्यकारी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा 24 घंटे की निवारक हिरासत में रखे जाने के बाद रिहा कर दिए गए। उन्होंने प्रत्येक 50,000 रुपये के बांड भरे और एक साल तक शांति और अच्छा व्यवहार बनाए रखने का वचन दिया। दिल्ली पुलिस ने इन CJP सदस्यों को मुंबई से आने पर IGI एयरपोर्ट पर हिरासत में लिया था, ताकि वे मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शन कर सकें, जिसके लिए पहले ही अनुमति नहीं दी गई थी।
