Subway Operator EverBrands India Files For IPO

EverBrands India, the operator of Subway restaurants in India, has filed draft papers with the SEBI to raise ₹600 crore through an initial public offering. The IPO is entirely a fresh issue of equity shares. The company plans to use ₹125 crore to repay borrowings and ₹326.85 crore to fund the opening of new company-owned Subway stores. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. As of March 31, 2026, EverBrands operated 1,008 Subway stores in India.

भारत में सबवे रेस्टोरेंट चलाने वाली EverBrands India ने इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग (IPO) के जरिए ₹600 करोड़ जुटाने के लिए SEBI के पास ड्राफ्ट पेपर दाखिल किए हैं। IPO पूरी तरह से इक्विटी शेयरों का फ्रेश इश्यू है। कंपनी ₹125 करोड़ का इस्तेमाल कर्ज चुकाने के लिए और ₹326.85 करोड़ नए कंपनी-ओन्ड सबवे स्टोर खोलने के लिए करेगी। बाकी रकम का इस्तेमाल सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाएगा। 31 मार्च 2026 तक, EverBrands भारत में 1,008 सबवे स्टोर चला रही थी।
