Bengal To Receive Heavy Rain From Sep 22

West Bengal is bracing for heavy rainfall and gusty winds from September 22 to 25, 2026, as a low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal is expected to intensify. Coastal districts like Purba Medinipur and South 24 Parganas may experience winds up to 50 kmph. South Bengal districts, including Kolkata, will see thunderstorms with winds up to 40 kmph. The sub-Himalayan districts are also forecast to receive heavy showers.

सितंबर से बंगाल में भारी बारिश

से 25 सितंबर 2026 तक पश्चिम बंगाल में भारी बारिश और तेज हवाएं चलने की आशंका है। बंगाल की खाड़ी में बने निम्न दबाव के कारण ऐसा होगा। पुरबा मेदिनीपुर और साउथ 24 परगना जैसे तटीय जिलों में 50 किमी प्रति घंटे तक की हवाएं चल सकती हैं। कोलकाता समेत दक्षिण बंगाल के जिलों में गरज के साथ 40 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चलेंगी। वहीं, उप-हिमालयी जिलों में भी अच्छी बारिश का अनुमान है।
