MVD Books 46 Bus Crews in Special Drive

The Motor Vehicle department (MVD) has booked the crew members of 46 private buses and collected ₹80,000 in fines during a special drive. This action was taken in response to frequent complaints regarding traffic rule violations and unruly behaviour by some private bus workers. The drive, which focused on Thripunithura and Poothotta, identified offences such as driving without a licence, operating without a valid permit, and employing crew without police clearance. Authorities have stated that strict checks will continue to curb unsafe driving practices.

मोटर वाहन विभाग (एमवीडी) ने एक विशेष अभियान के दौरान 46 निजी बसों के चालक दल के सदस्यों पर कार्रवाई की और ₹80,000 का जुर्माना वसूला। यह कार्रवाई कुछ निजी बस कर्मचारियों द्वारा यातायात नियमों के उल्लंघन और अशोभनीय व्यवहार की लगातार शिकायतों के जवाब में की गई। थ्रिपुनिथुरा और पूथोट्टा पर केंद्रित इस अभियान में बिना लाइसेंस के गाड़ी चलाना, वैध परमिट के बिना संचालन करना और पुलिस क्लीयरेंस के बिना कर्मचारियों को नियुक्त करना जैसे अपराधों की पहचान की गई। अधिकारियों ने कहा है कि असुरक्षित ड्राइविंग प्रथाओं पर अंकुश लगाने के लिए सख्त जांच जारी रहेगी।
