Interpol has issued a Red Corner Notice against gangster Rahul Dubey, accused of running an organised crime network from overseas using local associates in Jharkhand. The notice alerts member countries to Dubey's identity and criminal record, enabling Jharkhand police to seek his provisional arrest and extradition if he is located abroad. Dubey is suspected to be hiding in Southeast Asia and is believed to have taken over parts of a network after the death of associate Aman Sahu. His gang has been linked to recent firing incidents in the state.
