Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has distributed land titles to nearly 60,000 poor beneficiaries, calling it a memorable occasion. The programme, 'Pedala Pattabhishekam', saw titles given to beneficiaries in Visakhapatnam, Mangalagiri, and Vijayawada. The total market value of the distributed land is approximately ₹52,000 crore. Naidu emphasized that the happiness of the poor is the true measure of development and urged recipients to protect the land as future assets. He also criticized the YSR Congress Party for allegedly obstructing development and creating land disputes.

आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री एन. चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने लगभग 60,000 गरीब लाभार्थियों को भूमि पट्टे बांटे, इसे एक यादगार अवसर बताया। 'पेडला पट्टाभिषेकम' नामक इस कार्यक्रम में विशाखापत्तनम, मंगलागिरी और विजयवाड़ा के लाभार्थियों को पट्टे दिए गए। बांटी गई भूमि का कुल बाजार मूल्य लगभग ₹52,000 करोड़ है। नायडू ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि गरीबों की खुशी ही विकास का सच्चा पैमाना है और लाभार्थियों से भविष्य की संपत्ति के रूप में भूमि की रक्षा करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने वाईएसआर कांग्रेस पार्टी पर विकास में बाधा डालने और भूमि विवाद पैदा करने का आरोप लगाया।
