UN Chief Urges De-escalation in Middle East

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has declared that de-escalation must be the paramount priority in the Middle East. He urged all parties involved to immediately cease actions that result in harm to civilians. Guterres also emphasized the critical need for safe and unobstructed humanitarian operations. Furthermore, he called for the full restoration and respect of freedom of navigation in key maritime routes like the Strait of Hormuz and Bab el-Mandeb Strait, stressing diplomacy.

संयुक्त राष्ट्र प्रमुख ने मध्य पूर्व में तनाव कम करने का आग्रह किया

संयुक्त राष्ट्र के महासचिव एंटोनियो गुटेरेस ने कहा है कि मध्य पूर्व में तनाव कम करना सबसे ज़रूरी है। उन्होंने सभी पक्षों से तुरंत ऐसे कदम रोकने को कहा है जिनसे आम लोगों को नुकसान हो रहा है। गुटेरेस ने सुरक्षित और बिना रुकावट के मानवीय सहायता पहुंचाने की ज़रूरत पर भी ज़ोर दिया। उन्होंने होर्मुज जलडमरूमध्य और बाब अल-मंदेब जलडमरूमध्य जैसे समुद्री रास्तों पर आवाजाही की आज़ादी बहाल करने और उसका सम्मान करने की भी मांग की।
