The investigation revealed a planned conspiracy involving his fiancee Siya Goyal and Chetan Chaudhary. Three witnesses reportedly saw Siya and Chetan committing the crime. The chargesheet includes digital evidence, chat logs, and witness statements, detailing prior attempts and online searches related to similar incidents.

पुणे ग्रामीण पुलिस ने व्यापारी केतन अग्रवाल की हत्या के मामले में 5,053 पन्नों की चार्जशीट दाखिल की है। पहले इसे लोहगढ़ फोर्ट में हादसा समझा जा रहा था। जांच में पता चला कि यह उसकी मंगेतर सिया गोयल और चेतन चौधरी की सोची-समझी साजिश थी। तीन गवाहों ने कथित तौर पर सिया और चेतन को अपराध करते देखा। चार्जशीट में डिजिटल सबूत, चैट लॉग और गवाहों के बयान शामिल हैं, जिसमें पहले के प्रयास और ऐसी घटनाओं से संबंधित ऑनलाइन सर्च का भी जिक्र है।
