The volunteer, Vikram Sherawat, a civil services aspirant, had filed a defamation case against Chaudhary and Doordarshan News. Sherawat alleged that Chaudhary had misrepresented his actions and statements. This action follows a legal challenge initiated by Sherawat regarding the content posted online.
