Protesters Seek Release of Land Rights Activist

काज़ीरंगा के पास लोगों ने ज़मीन के हक़ों के लिए लड़ने वाले एक एक्टिविस्ट को NSA के तहत हिरासत में लिए जाने के ख़िलाफ़ प्रदर्शन किया। कहा जा रहा है कि स्थानीय अधिकारियों ने एक ट्राइबल गेस्ट हाउस के ऑडिटोरियम को बंद करवा दिया, जहाँ मीटिंग होनी थी, भले ही परमिशन मिल गई थी। इस वजह से प्रदर्शनकारियों को अपनी सभा पास की दूसरी जगह ले जानी पड़ी। यह विरोध एक्टिविस्ट की गिरफ़्तारी और उनकी गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाने की चिंता दिखाता है।
