Muhammad Ali's former Los Angeles mansion, a 1915 Italian Renaissance estate in Fremont Place, has sold for $8.5 million in July 2024. The historic property, built by architect John C. Austin, was initially listed for nearly $17 million in late 2022. After several price reductions and an auction, it finally sold for significantly less than its original asking price. Ali lived in the mansion during the late 1970s and 1980s.
