5-Year-Old's Decomposed Body Found Near River

A decomposed body of a five-year-old boy, identified as Mohammad Shufiyan, was discovered near the Blan river embankment in Begusarai. The child's head and both hands were missing, indicating a brutal end. Shufiyan had moved to the village with his family from Delhi about three months ago for his father's medical treatment. The family alleges murder, and locals have staged a road blockade demanding justice and the arrest of those responsible.
