Kerala's State Police Chief has informed the Lok Ayuktha that no application for helicopter service renewal was pending before the government when Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan undertook a special flight. The Chief Minister reportedly gained no pecuniary benefit from the journey. The agreement for wet leasing the helicopter service was set to automatically terminate on September 19, 2026, and no decision for extension was made as the government did not intend to proceed. The allegation of a proposal for pay-per-use services at high rates was termed false.

केरल के राज्य पुलिस प्रमुख ने लोकायुक्त को सूचित किया है कि जब मुख्यमंत्री वी.डी. सतीसन ने विशेष उड़ान भरी थी, तब सरकार के समक्ष हेलीकॉप्टर सेवा नवीनीकरण के लिए कोई आवेदन लंबित नहीं था। मुख्यमंत्री को यात्रा से कोई वित्तीय लाभ नहीं हुआ। हेलीकॉप्टर सेवा के वेट लीजिंग के लिए समझौता 19 सितंबर, 2026 को स्वतः समाप्त होने वाला था, और सरकार आगे बढ़ने का इरादा नहीं रखती थी इसलिए विस्तार के लिए कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया गया था। उच्च दरों पर पे-पर-यूज़ सेवाओं के प्रस्ताव के आरोप को झूठा बताया गया।
