HC Orders Kasauli Property Inspection Over Illegal Construction

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has ordered an immediate inspection of a Kasauli property following allegations of illegal construction and unauthorized tree felling. A division bench took suo motu cognisance of an email from a senior citizen complaining about extensive excavation and the cutting of pine trees at an adjoining property. The court directed the Kasauli SDM to submit a status report, noting that necessary orders would be passed if permissions were not found to be in place.

हिमाचल प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने अवैध निर्माण और अनधिकृत पेड़ काटने की शिकायतों के बाद कसौली की एक प्रॉपर्टी का तुरंत निरीक्षण करने का आदेश दिया है। एक डिवीजन बेंच ने एक वरिष्ठ नागरिक द्वारा भेजे गए एक ईमेल पर स्वतः संज्ञान लिया, जिसमें पास की प्रॉपर्टी पर बड़े पैमाने पर खुदाई और चीड़ के पेड़ काटने की शिकायत की गई थी। कोर्ट ने कसौली के SDM को एक स्टेटस रिपोर्ट जमा करने का निर्देश दिया, और कहा कि अगर अनुमति नहीं मिली तो ज़रूरी आदेश दिए जाएंगे।
