PIL on Diljit Dosanjh's Satluj withdrawn

A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed in the Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking the restoration of singer Diljit Dosanjh's song 'Satluj' has been withdrawn. The petitioner decided to withdraw the plea after the court's observation. The song, released in 2020, had reportedly faced objections. This withdrawal brings a temporary end to the legal proceedings concerning the track.

पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट में गायक दिलजीत दोसांझ के गाने 'सतलुज' की बहाली की मांग वाली जनहित याचिका वापस ले ली गई है। कोर्ट की टिप्पणी के बाद याचिकाकर्ता ने अपनी अर्जी वापस लेने का फैसला किया। 2020 में रिलीज हुए इस गाने पर कथित तौर पर आपत्ति जताई गई थी। इस वापसी से गाने से जुड़े कानूनी मामले फिलहाल थम गए हैं।
