Mandya RSETI and Women's SHG Win State-Level Kaushalya Karnataka Awards

Mandya district has received two prestigious Kaushalya Karnataka Awards for its achievements in skill development and women's enterprise. The Bank of Baroda Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) was recognized as the best-performing institute in the Mysuru division for exceeding its training targets and facilitating self-employment. The Arasamma Women’s Self-Help Group (SHG) won an award for its successful women-led mobile fish food canteen. These awards highlight the district's commitment to fostering economic self-reliance and empowering rural communities through skill development and entrepreneurship initiatives.

मांड्या जिले को कौशल विकास और महिला उद्यम में उसकी उपलब्धियों के लिए दो प्रतिष्ठित कौशल कर्नाटक पुरस्कार मिले हैं। बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा रूरल सेल्फ एम्प्लॉयमेंट ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट (RSETI) को मैसूरु डिवीजन में अपने प्रशिक्षण लक्ष्यों को पार करने और स्वरोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने वाले संस्थान के रूप में मान्यता दी गई। अरसम्मा महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) ने अपनी सफल महिला-संचालित मोबाइल फिश फूड कैंटीन के लिए पुरस्कार जीता। ये पुरस्कार कौशल विकास और उद्यमिता पहलों के माध्यम से आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता को बढ़ावा देने और ग्रामीण समुदायों को सशक्त बनाने के जिले की प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाते हैं।
