Kelly purchased the three-level, 16,850-square-foot home in 2023 for $26 million, viewing it solely as an investment and never residing there. The property, built in 2022, was acquired at a significant discount from its initial listing price. The mansion is situated above the Bel-Air Country Club golf course and has reportedly been rented out. Listing agents describe the price as an 'entry point' for the exclusive neighborhood.
