The Liberation Congress Party alleges that Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) is using software that disadvantages Backward Classes (BC), Scheduled Castes (SC), and Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates in MBBS admissions. Party leader Vijay Kumar claims the system restricts reserved-category candidates from upgrading to open competition seats from the second round of counselling onwards, even when they have better ranks. He stated that this procedure violates government orders and Supreme Court judgments, depriving meritorious reserved-category students of fair opportunities.

NTR यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ हेल्थ साइंसेज (NTRUHS) एक ऐसा सॉफ्टवेयर इस्तेमाल कर रही है जिससे MBBS एडमिशन में पिछड़ा वर्ग (BC), अनुसूचित जाति (SC) और अनुसूचित जनजाति (ST) के उम्मीदवारों को नुकसान हो रहा है। पार्टी नेता विजय कुमार का दावा है कि यह सिस्टम आरक्षित वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को दूसरे काउंसलिंग राउंड से ओपन कंपटीशन सीटों पर अपग्रेड करने से रोकता है, भले ही उनके रैंक बेहतर हों। उन्होंने कहा कि यह प्रक्रिया सरकारी आदेशों और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसलों का उल्लंघन करती है, जिससे योग्य आरक्षित वर्ग के छात्रों को उचित अवसर नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं।
