Gulveer Singh Wins Historic Asian Games Medals

Indian athlete Gulveer Singh has made history at the Asian Games in Japan by winning three medals in three days. He secured a bronze medal in the 5000m race with a time of 13:32.75. Previously, he had won silver medals in the 10,000m and 1500m races. This remarkable achievement makes him the first male track and field athlete to win three medals in a single Asian Games edition. Singh had previously won medals at the Commonwealth Games and the last Asian Games.
