OpenAI services, including ChatGPT and Codex, experienced an outage on Friday evening, with users reporting an "Unexpected status 401" error. Outage tracking website Downdetector received numerous reports starting around 6:55 p.m. EDT. Users described issues accessing the platforms, receiving API key errors, and experiencing service slowdowns before complete failure. OpenAI's status page acknowledged elevated errors for impacted services and stated they were working on a mitigation. The outage affected users attempting to interact with the AI models.

शुक्रवार शाम को OpenAI की ChatGPT और Codex जैसी सेवाएं ठप हो गईं। यूजर्स को "Unexpected status 401" की दिक्कत आ रही थी। Downdetector पर शाम 6:55 बजे से ही बहुत सारी शिकायतें आने लगीं। लोग प्लेटफॉर्म एक्सेस नहीं कर पा रहे थे, API key में एरर आ रहा था और फिर पूरी तरह से सेवा बंद हो गई। OpenAI ने माना कि दिक्कतें बढ़ गई हैं और वे इसे ठीक करने में लगे हैं।
