Ranchi's Getalsud Floating Solar Plant Now Fully Operational

Ranchi is now receiving a full 100 MW of power from the Getalsud dam's floating solar plant, which began commercial supply at this capacity. Jharkhand's largest solar facility, built by SECI, is expected to generate 198 million kWh annually and reduce CO2 emissions by over 1.9 lakh tonnes. The power is supplied to Jharkhand Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd under a 25-year agreement and feeds into key Ranchi grids.

रांची का गेटलसूद फ्लोटिंग सोलर प्लांट अब पूरी क्षमता से चालू

रांची को गेटलसूद बांध के फ्लोटिंग सोलर प्लांट से अब पूरी 100 MW बिजली मिल रही है, जिसने इस क्षमता पर व्यावसायिक आपूर्ति शुरू कर दी है। SECI द्वारा बनाया गया झारखंड का यह सबसे बड़ा सोलर प्लांट सालाना 198 मिलियन kWh बिजली पैदा करेगा और 1.9 लाख टन से ज़्यादा CO2 उत्सर्जन कम करेगा। यह बिजली 25 साल के समझौते के तहत झारखंड बिजली वितरण निगम लिमिटेड को सप्लाई की जाती है और रांची के मुख्य ग्रिड में जाती है।
