The initiative will involve joint operations across various government departments, including education, social justice, and police. Anti-drug committees will be formed in higher education institutions with over 500 students, comprising teachers, parents, and students. The state aims to strengthen its intelligence network and enhance coordination between narcotics units and local police to dismantle drug networks effectively.
