Avenue Supermarts Shares Dip 4% Despite 18% Revenue Growth in Q2 Update

Avenue Supermarts' shares experienced a 4.07% decline to Rs 3,657.70 on the NSE, despite the DMart operator reporting an 18.4% year-on-year increase in standalone revenue to Rs 19,206.18 crore for Q2 FY27. This revenue growth marks an increase from Rs 16,218.79 crore in the same quarter last year. The company's store count reached 518 as of September 30, 2026. Avenue Supermarts also raised Rs 500 crore through commercial paper issuance with a 90-day tenure.
