Delhi High Court Dismisses PIL Against CJP Protestors

The Delhi High Court has declined to entertain a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking criminal action against protestors associated with the Citizens for Justice and Peace (CJP). A bench comprising Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia stated that the petitioner can approach the relevant authorities. These authorities are empowered to take appropriate legal action if deemed necessary.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने सिटीजन्स फॉर जस्टिस एंड पीस (CJP) से जुड़े प्रदर्शनकारियों के खिलाफ आपराधिक कार्रवाई की मांग वाली जनहित याचिका (PIL) पर सुनवाई करने से इनकार कर दिया है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश देवेंद्र कुमार उपाध्याय और न्यायाधीश तेजस कारिया की पीठ ने कहा कि याचिकाकर्ता संबंधित अधिकारियों से संपर्क कर सकते हैं। यदि आवश्यक समझा गया तो ये अधिकारी उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई करने के लिए सशक्त हैं।
