The Tamil Nadu government has launched the 'Vetri Magalir Thozhilmunaivor Membattu Thittam' to enhance women's participation in entrepreneurship. This initiative aims to provide accessible institutional finance, with loans ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹5 crore, at an interest rate of 9.95% per annum. The scheme, covering all 234 Assembly constituencies, seeks to bridge the capital gap for aspiring women entrepreneurs. Minister S. Keerthana highlighted that supporting women-led enterprises is crucial for the state's economic growth and can create further opportunities.

तमिलनाडु की महिलाओं के लिए नया बिज़नेस स्कीम

तमिलनाडु सरकार ने महिलाओं की बिज़नेस में भागीदारी बढ़ाने के लिए 'वेट्री मगलिर थोज़िलमुनैवोर मेम्बट्टू थित्तम' नाम की एक नई स्कीम शुरू की है। इस स्कीम के तहत, 9.95% सालाना ब्याज दर पर 10 लाख रुपये से लेकर 5 करोड़ रुपये तक के लोन मिलेंगे। यह स्कीम राज्य की सभी 234 विधानसभा सीटों पर लागू होगी और इसका मकसद नई महिला बिज़नेस शुरू करने वालों के लिए पैसों की कमी को दूर करना है। मंत्री एस. कीर्थना ने कहा कि महिलाओं द्वारा चलाए जा रहे बिज़नेस को सपोर्ट करना राज्य की आर्थिक तरक्की के लिए बहुत ज़रूरी है और इससे और भी मौके पैदा होंगे।
