Cyclone Arnab has caused severe disruptions to train operations in Visakhapatnam Division. Heavy water inundation at Bridge No. 1052 between Ichchapuram and Jhadupudi sections forced railway authorities to cancel, short-terminate, and divert several passenger and express services. Multiple train services scheduled for October 29 were affected, with specific trains like the Brahmapur-Visakhapatnam Passenger and Express cancelled. South Coast Railway has arranged special services and set up helpline desks to assist stranded passengers.
