UK Blames Iran's IRGC for US Air Base Incident; Tehran Denies

British Prime Minister Andy Burnham stated on Monday that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) almost certainly directed a security incident at the US-run RAF Fairford air base in England last month. The UK government summoned the Iranian ambassador to protest Tehran's alleged attempts to undermine British security. A joint statement from over 25 countries, including the US, supported Britain's attribution of Iranian involvement. Seven men were arrested in connection with the incident but have been released on bail without charge.
