सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पंजाब सरकार की उस याचिका पर सुनवाई टाल दी है जिसमें हाई कोर्ट के उस आदेश को चुनौती दी गई थी, जिसमें CM भगवंत मान के OSD राजवीर घुमन और अन्य के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों की CBI जांच का आदेश दिया गया था। सरकार ने तत्काल राहत मांगी थी, लेकिन बेंच द्वारा फाइल न पढ़े जाने के कारण उसे यह राहत नहीं मिली। सुनवाई को आगे के लिए टाल दिया गया है, और पंजाब सरकार को हाई कोर्ट के निर्देशों के खिलाफ कोई अंतरिम सुरक्षा नहीं मिली है। हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद CBI पहले ही FIR दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर चुकी है।
