A timelapse video from ISRO's INSAT-3DS satellite captured Cyclone Arnab's development over the Bay of Bengal and its subsequent movement towards the Andhra Pradesh coast. The cyclone made landfall between 2 am and 8 am on October 28, with its center fully over land by 8 am, according to the IMD. Cyclone Arnab caused significant damage in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha, leading to large-scale evacuations and rescue operations. In Andhra Pradesh, five lives were lost, and extensive damage to crops and infrastructure was reported.

ISRO के INSAT-3DS सैटेलाइट से आए एक टाइमलैप्स वीडियो में बंगाल की खाड़ी में साइक्लोन अर्नाब के बनने और फिर आंध्र प्रदेश तट की ओर बढ़ने को कैद किया गया है। IMD के अनुसार, यह साइक्लोन 28 अक्टूबर को सुबह 2 बजे से 8 बजे के बीच तट से टकराया, और सुबह 8 बजे तक इसका केंद्र पूरी तरह से जमीन पर आ गया था। साइक्लोन अर्नाब ने आंध्र प्रदेश और ओडिशा में काफी नुकसान पहुंचाया, जिसके चलते बड़े पैमाने पर लोगों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर ले जाया गया और बचाव अभियान चलाए गए। आंध्र प्रदेश में पांच लोगों की जान चली गई, और फसलों व बुनियादी ढांचे को भारी नुकसान की खबर है।
