BMC Demolishes Part Of Ajay Devgn's Juhu Property Over Unauthorised Work

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has demolished parts of a bungalow owned by actor Ajay Devgn and his mother in Juhu, Mumbai. This action followed the issuance of a stop-work notice on September 10 for alleged unauthorised construction. The BMC's K/West Ward office rejected the owners' response on October 6, citing a lack of necessary permissions. Ajay Devgn's office clarified that the property is rented out and that they are complying with all regulations. The demolition occurred on October 12.

मुंबई के जुहू में अभिनेता अजय देवगन और उनकी माँ के बंगले के कुछ हिस्सों को बृहन्मुंबई नगर निगम (बीएमसी) ने गिरा दिया है। यह कार्रवाई 10 सितंबर को कथित तौर पर अनधिकृत निर्माण के लिए काम रोकने का नोटिस जारी करने के बाद हुई। बीएमसी के के/वेस्ट वार्ड कार्यालय ने 6 अक्टूबर को मालिकों की प्रतिक्रिया को यह कहते हुए खारिज कर दिया कि आवश्यक अनुमतियाँ नहीं ली गई थीं। अजय देवगन के कार्यालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि संपत्ति किराए पर दी गई है और वे सभी नियमों का पालन कर रहे हैं। विध्वंस 12 अक्टूबर को हुआ।
