KTR Files Discharge Petition in Formula E Case Before ACB Court

Former minister KT Rama Rao (KTR) has filed a discharge petition before the ACB special court in the Formula E case. He requested to be discharged, citing insufficient grounds to proceed against him. The ACB had registered a case in December 2024 alleging diversion of Rs 55 crore to a UK-based organization. A chargesheet was filed in March 2026 against KTR and others.

पूर्व मंत्री के टी रामा राव (KTR) ने फॉर्मूला ई मामले में ACB विशेष अदालत के समक्ष डिस्चार्ज याचिका दायर की है। उन्होंने उनके खिलाफ आगे बढ़ने के लिए अपर्याप्त आधार बताते हुए उन्हें डिस्चार्ज करने का अनुरोध किया। ACB ने दिसंबर 2024 में एक यूके-आधारित संगठन को 55 करोड़ रुपये के डायवर्जन का आरोप लगाते हुए मामला दर्ज किया था। KTR और अन्य के खिलाफ मार्च 2026 में आरोप पत्र दायर किया गया था।
