केरल हाई कोर्ट ने CMRL-Exalogic घूसकांड में FIR दर्ज करने के सिंगल बेंच के निर्देश के खिलाफ अपील करने की अनुमति मांगने वाली याचिका पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पिनराई विजयन सहित आरोपियों ने दलील दी कि उन्हें सुनवाई का मौका नहीं दिया गया। डिवीजन बेंच इस बात पर विचार कर रही है कि स्टे पर फैसला करने से पहले अपील की अनुमति दी जाए या नहीं। राज्य ने कहा कि वह ED की जानकारी के आधार पर प्रारंभिक जांच कर रहा था, लेकिन सिंगल जज ने इसे खारिज कर दिया था।
