Iran Extends Coach Ghalenoei's Contract Until 2027

Iran's football federation has extended coach Amir Ghalenoei's contract until the 2027 AFC Asian Cup. Ghalenoei will lead the national team following their notable FIFA World Cup campaign where they secured draws in all three group stage matches. The experienced coach previously guided Iran to the 2007 Asian Cup quarter-finals.
