Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has declared that security agencies will not rest until the region is freed from separatist and terrorist elements. Addressing a Police Commemoration Day event, Sinha's message, read by DGP Nalin Prabhat, paid tribute to fallen police personnel. He warned those supporting terrorism that their days are numbered and vowed to find and punish them.
