The attacks have severely impacted power systems in cities like Lutsk, Rivne, and Zhytomyr, with energy sites in Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Dnipropetrovsk also sustaining damage. Russia is reportedly attempting to disrupt Ukraine's power and heating supply before winter. Zelensky appealed to allies for air defense and other aid, while also thanking energy workers restoring power.

रूस ने यूक्रेन के ऊर्जा ढांचे पर बड़े हमले किए हैं। राष्ट्रपति वोलोडिमिर ज़ेलेंस्की ने बताया कि 15 से ज़्यादा अहम बिजली उत्पादन और सप्लाई वाली जगहों को कई इलाकों में निशाना बनाया गया। इन हमलों से लुत्स्क, रिव्ने और झिटोमिर जैसे शहरों में बिजली व्यवस्था पर बुरा असर पड़ा है। खार्किव, कीव और निप्रोपेट्रोव्स्क में भी ऊर्जा स्थलों को नुकसान पहुँचा है। रूस कथित तौर पर सर्दियों से पहले यूक्रेन की बिजली और हीटिंग सप्लाई को बाधित करने की कोशिश कर रहा है। ज़ेलेंस्की ने सहयोगियों से एयर डिफेंस और अन्य मदद की अपील की है, साथ ही बिजली बहाल करने वाले ऊर्जा कर्मचारियों को धन्यवाद भी दिया है।
