SASTRA University Launches Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence

SASTRA Deemed University and Tata Communications have launched a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in cybersecurity and digital forensics at the university's Thanjavur campus. The facility, established at a cost of Rs 3.5 crore, aims to develop skilled manpower to address digital and cyber vulnerabilities. The launch occurred on Sunday during the university's Graduation Day ceremony. This initiative seeks to bolster expertise in a critical field, addressing the growing need for cybersecurity professionals in the digital age.

डीम्ड यूनिवर्सिटी और टाटा कम्युनिकेशंस ने यूनिवर्सिटी के तंजावुर कैंपस में साइबर सुरक्षा और डिजिटल फोरेंसिक में एक सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (CoE) लॉन्च किया है। 3.5 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से स्थापित इस सुविधा का उद्देश्य डिजिटल और साइबर कमजोरियों को दूर करने के लिए कुशल जनशक्ति विकसित करना है। यह लॉन्च रविवार को यूनिवर्सिटी के ग्रेजुएशन डे समारोह के दौरान हुआ। इस पहल का उद्देश्य डिजिटल युग में साइबर सुरक्षा पेशेवरों की बढ़ती आवश्यकता को संबोधित करते हुए एक महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र में विशेषज्ञता को बढ़ावा देना है।
