This festive season boom, particularly around Ganesh Chaturthi, saw a 22% year-on-year increase in registrations during the festival period. Despite a 5% dip in stamp duty collection for the month, Maharashtra government revenue from this sector stood at ₹1,227 crore. Experts note that demand remains strong, with buyers focusing on projects offering good locations and quality infrastructure.

मुंबई के प्रॉपर्टी बाज़ार में सितंबर के दौरान रजिस्ट्रेशन में ज़बरदस्त उछाल देखा गया, जो 14 साल में सबसे ज़्यादा 12,622 यूनिट दर्ज किया गया। गणेश चतुर्थी के आसपास इस त्योहारी सीज़न की बूम के कारण, त्यौहारों के दौरान रजिस्ट्रेशन में पिछले साल की तुलना में 22% की वृद्धि हुई। महीने के लिए स्टाम्प ड्यूटी कलेक्शन में 5% की गिरावट के बावजूद, महाराष्ट्र सरकार का इस क्षेत्र से राजस्व ₹1,227 करोड़ रहा। विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि मांग मज़बूत बनी हुई है, खरीदार अच्छी लोकेशन और क्वालिटी इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर वाले प्रोजेक्ट्स पर ध्यान दे रहे हैं।
