Mizoram Explores Sending More Youths to Japan for Jobs

Mizoram is actively exploring opportunities to send more youths from the state to Japan for employment, aiming to deepen ties with the East Asian nation. Representatives from Japan's KTC Group met with Chief Minister Lalduhoma to discuss skill development and overseas employment prospects. The Chief Minister highlighted that approximately 100 Mizo youths are currently working in Japan. Discussions also touched upon potential collaboration for increasing fish production under the proposed Blue Mizoram Mission, further strengthening the India-Japan partnership.
