Union Labour Minister Mansukh Mandaviya urged Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) employees to focus on worker-centric innovations during the organisation's 74th Foundation Day event. He highlighted the EPFO's significant corpus of ₹32 lakh crore, accumulated from over eight crore members, as a testament to the workforce's dedication. Mandaviya stressed that social security initiatives must be driven by human sensitivity, addressing worker grievances with compassion. Labour Secretary Chandra Bhushan Kumar added that social protection reforms should extend to unorganised sector workers, with EPFO serving as a model.

केंद्रीय श्रम मंत्री मनसुख मंडाविया ने संगठन के 74वें स्थापना दिवस के कार्यक्रम के दौरान कर्मचारी भविष्य निधि संगठन (EPFO) के कर्मचारियों से श्रमिक-केंद्रित नवाचारों पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने का आग्रह किया। उन्होंने आठ करोड़ से अधिक सदस्यों से जमा हुए ₹32 लाख करोड़ के EPFO के महत्वपूर्ण कोष को कार्यबल के समर्पण के प्रमाण के रूप में उजागर किया। मंडाविया ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि सामाजिक सुरक्षा पहलों को मानवीय संवेदनशीलता द्वारा संचालित किया जाना चाहिए, जिसमें श्रमिकों की शिकायतों को करुणा के साथ संबोधित किया जाए। श्रम सचिव चंद्र भूषण कुमार ने कहा कि सामाजिक सुरक्षा सुधारों को असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों तक बढ़ाया जाना चाहिए, जिसमें EPFO एक मॉडल के रूप में काम करे।
