Jharkhand to See Isolated Rain and Thunderstorms in Southern Districts

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast isolated rain and thundershowers in four southern districts of Jharkhand over the next few days. These districts include Simdega, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, and Saraikela-Kharsawan, due to a feeble upper-air trough. While no widespread weather warning has been issued, shallow fog or mist is expected during morning hours between and 20, potentially affecting visibility. The state has largely experienced dry conditions recently, with some isolated light to moderate rainfall reported in the past 24 hours.
