Delhi Police Files 20 FIRs Over CJP Protest; Over 100 Detained

Delhi Police has registered 20 FIRs in connection with the 'CJP protest against alleged irregularities in voter list revisions. Over 100 protesters were detained on the second day of demonstrations. The FIRs include charges of assaulting police personnel and obstructing public servants. During the protests, which saw over 30,000 security personnel deployed, more than 15 police officers were injured, including a Deputy Commissioner. Several student organizations and political leaders were among those detained.

दिल्ली पुलिस ने 'वोटर लिस्ट रिवीजन में कथित अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ CJP विरोध' के संबंध में 20 FIR दर्ज की हैं। प्रदर्शनों के दूसरे दिन 100 से ज़्यादा प्रदर्शनकारियों को हिरासत में लिया गया। FIR में पुलिसकर्मियों पर हमला करने और लोक सेवकों को बाधित करने के आरोप शामिल हैं। प्रदर्शनों के दौरान, जिसमें 30,000 से ज़्यादा सुरक्षा कर्मियों को तैनात किया गया था, एक डिप्टी कमिश्नर सहित 15 से ज़्यादा पुलिस अधिकारी घायल हुए थे। कई छात्र संगठन और राजनीतिक नेता हिरासत में लिए गए लोगों में शामिल थे।
