BJP Leader Demands White Paper On Telangana Govt Land Under Litigation

Senior BJP leader Gudur Narayana Reddy has demanded that the Telangana government release a White Paper detailing all government and public land involved in litigation across the state. He specified the need for district-wise information, including survey numbers, land extent, and the status of ongoing cases. Reddy cited a Supreme Court judgment and a district collector's review, which indicated that over half of Hyderabad's government land, approximately 12 lakh square yards, is currently under litigation. He highlighted Shaikpet mandal as having the highest number of disputes.

वरिष्ठ बीजेपी नेता गुडूर नारायण रेड्डी ने मांग की है कि तेलंगाना सरकार पूरे राज्य में मुकदमेबाजी के दायरे में आने वाली सभी सरकारी और सार्वजनिक भूमि का विवरण देने वाला एक श्वेत पत्र जारी करे। उन्होंने जिला-वार जानकारी, जिसमें सर्वे नंबर, भूमि का विस्तार और चल रहे मामलों की स्थिति शामिल है, की आवश्यकता बताई। रेड्डी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के एक फैसले और एक जिला कलेक्टर की समीक्षा का हवाला दिया, जिसमें संकेत दिया गया था कि हैदराबाद की आधी से अधिक सरकारी जमीन, लगभग 12 लाख वर्ग गज, वर्तमान में मुकदमेबाजी के अधीन है। उन्होंने शैखपेट मंडल में सबसे अधिक विवादों का उल्लेख किया।
