Tripathi emphasized that there is no effortless 'bounce back' after childbirth, acknowledging the physical and mental toll on women. She also stressed that women should not compare their return-to-work journeys, as each individual's circumstances are unique. Tripathi credited her husband Vivek Dahiya and family for their support during this demanding phase.
