Teen Driver Arrested After High-Speed Rampage, Ramming Vehicles in Kottayam

An 18-year-old boy was arrested in Kottayam after a high-speed car rampage spanning nine kilometers. The incident occurred around 6 PM, with the driver identified as Gokul Vinu. The car struck multiple vehicles, including a scooter carrying a woman, and brushed against pedestrians. The vehicle continued with a burst tire, sparking as it travelled. Motorists pursued and eventually blocked the car near Thengana junction. Police suspect intoxication and sent the driver for medical examination.
