Court to Decide Death Penalty for Murder Accused

The Additional District and Sessions Court-IV in Palakkad will pronounce its sentence on July 16 in the Pothundy twin murder case. The prosecution has sought the death penalty for the accused, Chenthamara. The court will consider the mitigation report submitted by the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) before delivering its final verdict.

पालक्काड की अतिरिक्त जिला और सत्र न्यायालय-IV पोथुंडी दोहरे हत्याकांड मामले में 16 जुलाई को अपना फैसला सुनाएगी। अभियोजन पक्ष ने आरोपी चेन्थमार के लिए मौत की सजा की मांग की है। अदालत अपना अंतिम फैसला सुनाने से पहले जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण (DLSA) द्वारा प्रस्तुत शमन रिपोर्ट पर विचार करेगी।
