Arunachal Pradesh has earmarked ₹5 crore for a memorial to Neelam Tebi, an Assam Rifles soldier who died in the 1962 India-China war. The 19th Battalion of the JAT Regiment, along with ITBP personnel and local villagers, paid tribute to Tebi in the state. This initiative honours the sacrifice of soldiers who fought in the conflict. The memorial aims to preserve the memory of Tebi's bravery and contribution to national defence.

अरुणाचल प्रदेश ने 1962 के भारत-चीन युद्ध में शहीद हुए असम राइफल्स के एक सैनिक नीलम टेबी के लिए ₹5 करोड़ आवंटित किए हैं। राज्य में 19वीं बटालियन, जट रेजिमेंट ने आईटीबीपी कर्मियों और स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के साथ मिलकर टेबी को श्रद्धांजलि दी। यह पहल संघर्ष में लड़ने वाले सैनिकों के बलिदान का सम्मान करती है। स्मारक का उद्देश्य टेबी की बहादुरी और राष्ट्रीय रक्षा में उनके योगदान की स्मृति को संरक्षित करना है।
