Kate Martin, a former Iowa Hawkeyes star, has joined the Chicago Sky on a developmental contract. Martin was drafted by the Las Vegas Aces in 2024 and has since played for the Golden State Valkyries and Los Angeles Sparks. She previously played alongside Caitlin Clark during Iowa's NCAA championship runs. Martin's aunt, Jan Jensen, is the head coach at Iowa.
