Parliamentary panel chief Mukul Wasnik has urged the higher education secretary to intervene over eviction notices served to Annapurna Farms residents in Auroville. The Auroville Foundation issued a 10-day eviction notice, which Wasnik stated disregards the panel's 371st report recommendations. The committee had previously advised against constructing the proposed IIT Madras sustainability campus at the expense of Annapurna Farms, emphasizing its importance to Auroville's founding vision.
