Bengaluru Tax Inspector Reports Rs 35 Lakh Jewellery Theft From Home

An income tax inspector in Bengaluru has reported the theft of gold and diamond jewellery valued between Rs 30 to Rs 35 lakh from her residence. The inspector discovered the missing items, including necklaces and earrings, during a wardrobe check. She suspects a Nepalese domestic worker, who has been employed at the house for approximately three years, of involvement. The theft appears to have occurred in multiple instances over the past three months.
