Sunil Kumar PV, an English teacher with 16 years of experience, has spent the last 17 years teaching Malayalam to IAS officers at the Ernakulam district collectorate. He has successfully trained 14 non-Malayali IAS officers from various states, enabling them to pass the mandatory Malayalam proficiency test. अंग्रेजी शिक्षक बने IAS अधिकारियों के मलयालम भाषा गुरु

16 साल के अनुभव वाले अंग्रेजी शिक्षक सुनील कुमार पीवी पिछले 17 सालों से एर्नाकुलम जिला कलेक्ट्रेट में IAS अधिकारियों को मलयालम सिखा रहे हैं। उन्होंने विभिन्न राज्यों के 14 गैर-मलयाली IAS अधिकारियों को सफलतापूर्वक प्रशिक्षित किया है, जिससे वे अनिवार्य मलयालम प्रवीणता परीक्षा पास कर सके। प्राथमिक विद्यालय की पाठ्यपुस्तकों और विकसित हो रही विधियों का उपयोग करते हुए, सुनील पढ़ने, लिखने और बातचीत के कौशल पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हैं। उनके प्रयास यह सुनिश्चित करते हैं कि अधिकारी स्थानीय आबादी को समझ सकें और उनसे संवाद कर सकें, जो परीक्षा की तैयारी से आगे बढ़कर बेहतर सार्वजनिक संपर्क को बढ़ावा देता है।
